Macdonalds Greenford Review Anyone at home? It's Difficult to fault the technical application of fast food here here. Try getting someone attention at the counter, can be difficult at 6am. The quality of the food is good. Temperature always seems to be a challenge for mcdonald's I always use the table service. Why bark, when there's someone else to bark for you. Also, our food arrived surprisingly quickly. The staff were so focused on ticking all the right boxes, they often forgot to smile. They seem to know me now and don't forget my sugar and stirrer etc. It's not very busy. So it's not to difficult to provide a good service, even with only one person serving.
